ORDERING INFO
To place an order, you will need to let me know the following:
1. Item(s) you wish to order.
2. What you would like monogrammed on each item. The price includes a monogram, name, or phrase up to 12 characters. Each additional character is 25 cents.
3. What color thread you would like on each item. I have hundreds of colors!
4. What font you would like. You can look at the Embroidery Fonts tab to see my fonts or I am glad to help you choose the most appropriate font.
5. If you would like to use an applique, please choose from the many Appliques that I offer {click on the different tabs at the top of the Homepage to see my applique designs}. The easiest way to show me the applique you want is to right-click on the picture of the one you want and "copy" it then paste it into an email by clicking "Ctrl+V". If you don't see what you like, email me. You will also need to choose the fabric(s) you would like used on your applique. It is best to email me and give me an idea of what you are looking for and I can help you select fabric(s). I have too many fabrics to show them all on this site! If you live in the Birmingham area, I can set up a time to meet with you personally and let you select fabrics, etc.
6. If you are ordering a burp cloth, canvas tote, or clothing item that you would like to add ribbon to, you will need to tell me what type of ribbon you would like (i.e., color scheme, dots, stripes, etc.)
I am more than happy to help with making any of these decisions, just email me if you're having trouble deciding!
TURN AROUND TIME
The time it will take to complete your order depends on my current order volume. Sometimes, I can complete orders within a week if it's an item I have in stock or something you bring to me. Other times, it may take 2-3 weeks to complete. Just ask me if you are in a time crunch and I'll let you know if I can get it done! I'll do my best to work with you!
SHIPPING INFO
If you live in the Birmingham Metro Area, you can pick up your order in Vestavia or I am glad to deliver, when convenient.
If you do not live in the Birmingham Metro Area, I am glad to ship your order to you via USPS. You will be charged for shipping supplies and the cost of shipping (see rates below). If you want to insure your order, this will be an additional charge. Once I ship the order, I am no longer responsible for it.
1-2 Items: $4
3-4 Items: $6
5+ Items: $8
