October Projects 2010

new fabric

I'm really tired of using all of the same old fabrics over and over. So last week, I went out and bought these 30 new fabrics to get me excited about all of my fall/winter projects! I found these at Thimbles, Hobby Lobby, and Joann's. If you are a sewing friend and know where I can find more cute "boy" fabrics, leave me a comment! I feel like all I ever use is gingham and for every 1 "boyish" fabric I bought last week, I probably bought 3 "girly" ones!

September Projects

Got a busy month this month! Lots of fun new projects on the drawing board. I think the biggest hit so far is the tiger paw/War Eagle combo. The more the merrier!

August Projects

So I did absolutely NO sewing in July. We have just been super-busy this summer plus mom had rotator cuff surgery, which means I have less help with the kiddos for awhile. I'm slowly getting back into the routine and getting excited about Fall stuff and football gear. There are so many cute new designs out that I can't keep my website up-to-date with all of them. Check out the links in the sidebar to get some ideas. I'm trying to find a better way to keep my inventory updated!

June Projects

June will probably be a slow month due to a week of VBS followed by a week at the beach! Can't say I'm sorry about that :)

Note: For some reason at the end of this month I've done a lot of dark colored shirts (i.e.navy, black, and dark purple). They do not tend to photograph well, but I promise they were very cute in person!
